Introducing the first ever Grey Harlowe Short Horror Fiction Contest!
I offer no prizes, no awards, and no recognition other than being the winner of the first ever Grey Harlowe Short Horror Fiction Contest. (And having the story posted on this blog. And possibly its accompanying Facebook page. On Halloween. I hope.)
The rules are as follows:
- Write an awesome short story that falls somewhere in the horror genre. No restrictions on length, as long as the story is more than five words long. Asking me to read your novel/novella is probably a bit much, though.
- Keep it PG-13 in terms of style and content. This means: No excessive violence, cruelty to animals, (or humans, or plant life for that matter) nothing erotic/pornographic or smut-related.
- Submit your story in the body of an e-mail. Send to email@example.com by October 1, 2015. Do not send attachments, as I most likely won’t be able to open or read them.
- That’s it. That’s the whole contest. Fame, fortune, and glory await you.
